JV Roars, Varsity Silenced by the Rain

Congratulations to the JV girls team on capturing 1st Place at the Hancock Invitational. Despite a few wrong turns, some rain, and nasty course conditions the Tigers were able to prevail. It is the first team title of at any level for the Tigers at the prestigious Hancock Invitational and comes on the heels of the JV girls perfect score last week. The Tigers brought home the hardware with five medalists placing 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 8th, & 9th.

Bridgette Hoover (9th)

Unfortunately the Varsity race was called due to lightning.

Next up for the Tigers, the George Havens Invitational on Monday at Westlake Country Club in Jerseyville. Then it's on to Peoria for a second time.
