Tiger Classic - Wednesday, September 10th

Congratulations to the Edwardsville Varsity and JV girls teams for their first place team finishes at the Tiger Classic! ALL girls ran very, very well today! Your times were very good and more importantly your efforts were excellent! Keep up the good work and good luck at the Peoria Woodruff Invitational this Saturday!
Congratulations to freshman Lizzie Anderson who finished in first place individually in the JV race! Lizzie earned her first high school medal and race victory today! Sophmore Diane Frese ran an incredible race finishing in second place while running a PR on the Mud Mountain course!
The varsity girls ran very well as a pack and showed alot of heart moving up late in the race! The girls were led by senior Courtney Smith. Freshman Briana Chamblerlain ran a very nice race and finished in 8th place individually! Sophmore Alex Wever ran a sub 22 minute time on a tough 5k course earning her a 13th place medal.
