State Qualifiers from the EHS Boys Soccer Team and EHS Cross-Country Teams will have an offical sendoff starting at 8:20 on Friday in the courtyard behind the high school. Photo opportunities will be available. We hope to see parents there.

--10:15 a.m.: Leave Cracker Barrel.
--1:15 p.m.: Arrive at Detweiler Park and practice

--3:00 p.m.: Check in to the hotel.
--5:30 p.m.: Dinner at the hotel.

IHSA Sectional Results

Congratulations to the EHS Girls Varsity Cross Country Team for a Great season! We ran well today! The team finished in 6th place out of 20 sectional qualifying teams. We were close to our state goal!

1st - Lincoln Way East (111 points)
2nd - O'fallon (112 points)
3rd - Normal West (140 points)
4th - Tinley Park Andrew (143 points)
5th - Minooka (169 points)
6th - Edwardsville (184 points)

Congratulations to freshman Ariane Wright for her state qualification as an individual! Ariane finished in 6th place at the sectional meet. She is the first Edwardsville girl to qualify for state in the last two years! Good luck on Saturday Ariane!
